GENERAL INFORMATION AND RULES FOR SET UP THE DAY OF:
Set up is Friday March 27th to begin at 9 AM and set up is to be completed by 4 PM.
All vehicles must be clear of FESTIVAL area by designated hours. Booths will be expected to remain in place until 5 PM on Sunday March 29th. Due to fencing and gating of the venue and heavy pedestrian traffic, NO VEHICLES of any kind will be allowed in the festival area during festival hours. We will be charging admission into the festival for customers.
Food Vendors Festival Hours of Operation:
Friday March 27th - 5-10 PM
Saturday March 28th - 10AM-10PM
Sunday March 29th - 10AM-5PM
Booth Assignments will be given UPON ARRIVAL. Space assignments will be made at the discretion of the Festival Vendor Committee. You may reserve more then one space. We will try to limit duplication as much as possible.
