2008 BLESSING OF THE FLEET PARADE RULES
All units will enter parade staging area at Blusteins Shopping Complex at the DESIGNATED TIME. Entries that arrive before the staging time will not be allowed in staging area.
All parking for vehicles not participating in the parade must be parked (at the Middle School on Hwy 99; the parade ends at the school.)
NO ALCHOLIC BEVERAGES allowed in the staging area or in the vehicles participating in the parade.
Once you are allowed in the staging area please follow the directions that are given by the members of the Parade Committee, they are in charge at this point.
NO LOUD MUSIC in staging area
All entries must be decorated prior to entering the staging area.
NUMBERS WILL BE MADE OR GIVEN THE DAY OF THE PARADE. It is your responsibility to give each driver all the information needed for the parade.
NO CAR/TRUCK/VAN/TROLLEY or FLOAT will be admitted in the parade without their number visible. The number should be placed or taped in the left corner of the driver’s side.
If you are a walking unit, please have a banner or sign displaying your number before the walkers. Any group without a number will be asked to leave the parade lineup.
ROWDY BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.YOU WILL BE GIVEN ONE WARNING.IF THE PROBLEM CONTINUES, YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PARADE IMMEDIATELY!
